Community Health Unit

 At the front-line level, this Unit provides support in Clinical Supervision to Community Health Nurses and Home Care Nurses; reviews Chronic Care services and lists; maintains appropriate immunization levels, tracks and responds to communicable disease issues.

 At the community-level it coordinates the work on Pandemic Preparedness Plans; provides direct collective services in Nutrition and Food Security and conducts Health Risk Assessment Clinics with a particular focus on Diabetes.
