Community Capacity & Program Development Unit

 This unit is responsible for providing services at the community level to support the annual cycle of program work-planning, budgeting, along with new program or service implementation. Staff in this unit intersect with each member First Nation’s Chief & Council, Health & Social Development Authorities, and Senior Management Teams.
 

Much work is done by this unit in identifying and tracking emerging political and/or policy trends to ensure timely communication, awareness and response from the community level.
 

This unit is responsible for technical advisory services to the Saskatoon Tribal Council collective authorities of HSD Portfolio Councillors and Chiefs.
