Mandate and Description of Program
The Saskatoon Tribal Council Inc. Labour Force Development operates under the terms and conditions of both the Aboriginal Human Resources Development Strategy (AHRDS) Agreement and Saskatoon Tribal Council labour market goals and objectives. The mandate is to provide programs and services to assist First Nations individuals prepare for, obtain and maintain employment. The program is specifically designed to assist Aboriginal people through training and employment development to access labour market opportunities and become contributing members to the labour force.

Program criteria including age group served

• Programs and services are available to First Nations individuals who are 18 years or older, unemployed or underemployed.
