Elders Program

Mandate and Description of Program
STC Urban Family Services accesses highly respected Elders from within the community and are available on specified days of the week. Elders work directly within the Traditional Native Parenting CHUMS program and with their wealth of information, knowledge, wisdom, love and guidance are offered to the families.

Specific Services Available

• Availability of Elders are:
• Tuesdays – Female Elder
• Thursdays – Female Elder
• Fridays – Male Elder

Program criteria including age group served

• Families, adults and youth in the program.
• Appointments need to be booked for Elder services on Tuesday & Friday.
