An adjacent property located at 1705 22nd St West suffered extensive structural damage which has delayed completion. This 17 unit building was originally to be completed by December 01 2012 Total project value for the 40 units will be $4,500,000.00 with the following funding partners

  • Saskatchewan Housing Corporation
  • City of Saskatoon

  • First Nations Bank of Canada

Currently in partnership with Housing First, we are developing the business model for the construction of a 16 unit project which will provide supported living for clientele identified as hard to house. Hopefully, this project will see a 2013 start date.

We continue as a supporting partner in the Muskeg Lake First Nation and Correction Canada partnership which sees ready to move homes being build at the Prince Albert Federal Penitentiary and moved to permanent locations in Blaine Lake.

The search for additional apartment blocks continue as we look for properties which require extensive refurbishment and are a good fit for our business model.
